LOVE-HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD & BODY: My love-hate relationship with food and body is a complex emotion surrounding my disconnection between nourishment and self-image. If I don't take care of my fragile body by eating wholesome and healthier, then I am destroying my digestive system. I feel detached mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. For example, overeating sugar for me takes me off the path of love - loving myself. My blood and energy inflame, and my mind goes off on tangents and stories that aren't even true. I know, crazy, right?
